Once a week I go into my son's 5th grade class and volunteer art classes.
This past week the class used their oil pastels along with q-tips and baby oil.

Roy Lichtenstein
It's all about the POP ART. My Friday class learned about Mr Lichtenstein, famous for his comic book style art.
I took their picture earlier and then with computer magic I transformed the picture into a drawing. Then with the end of the pencil (eraser) we made dots to complete our portrait.
